    Yes - Kae Me Beads ships orders to several countries at the United States Postal Services (USPS) standard, priority and express rates as chosen by an ordering customer.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    Our shipping rates are dictated by United States Postal Service (USPS) approved rates for standard, priority and express shipping as chosen by you (our customer) at checkout.
  • Is there a minimum order required per customer?
    There is no minimum order size. Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE shipping. You are encouraged to take advantage of this offer. You may also qualify for a discount depending on quantities of our products purchased. Buy more and save!
  • In what ways can I pay for my order?
    We accept payment with all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
  • How can I check the status of my order?
    If you are a registered member, you can check the status of your order online by logging into your account and reviewing order status information about your individual order(s).
  • How do I use my discount offers, coupons, etc.?"
    Discount offers, coupon codes, etc., should be entered and applied to the shopping cart during checkout. The applicable deduction to your total price will appear under the order total before you make a payment on your order. Please note - there are rules governing the use of each discount offer, coupon code, etc.. Please read these carefully before you apply your offer/coupon codes.
  • The product I would like to order is out of stock. What should I do?
    Kae Me Beads does its very best to keep items stocked as consistently as possible. On occasion (and for various reasons including high demand, supply chain delays or disruptions, etc.), we may sometimes run short on certain products. If you have a pressing or urgent need for specific products, please e-mail us ASAP at info@kaemebeads.com. We will check our inventory and do our very best to fulfill your purchase request as soon as practicable.
  • Can I do a bulk/wholesale order of your products?
    Yes - For all bulk orders, we stongly encourage you to contact us at info@kaemebeads.com or complete the contact us form on our website (Contact | Kae Me Beads Inc.) and we will reach out to you at the earliest possibility. Doing this qualifies you for significant bulk purchase discounts. You definitely want to take advantage of this offer for significant savings on your order.
  • What happens if my order is tagged as undeliverable
    If your package tracking indicates that your order is undeliverable (or returned to sender), it means that USPS was most likely unable to deliver your order to the address you provided. This can happen occasionally in cases where an incorrect address is provided, or USPS services may be disrupted. Should this occur with your order, we will contact you by the best possible method (phone, e-mail, text) for an updated delivery address. We will hold the package for up to 14 days or until we obtain your response, whichever is sooner. After 14 days, the order items will be restocked. If you contact us after the 14 day period, we will do our best to resend your order. Please note customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges that arise due to an undeliverable package.
